Inside Business Development reps at Status Solutions drive successful customer experiences and deliver exceptional sales support for their territory team through administrative functions, prospecting new business partners and customers, and record-keeping of all touch-points in the Salesforce CRM. Each territory consists of a team of three individuals, an outside sales manager, a sales engineer, and the inside business development person. With an emphasis on managing the pipeline of new customers, maintaining existing customer relationships, and on-boarding business partners, Inside Business Development assists their team members remotely from the Columbus, OH, office and is considered the “glue” that holds each territory team together.
