A Technical Customer Support Representative at Status Solutions works as the second-tier support contact for customer and business partner inquiries. This person is responsible for addressing technical questions related to our software solutions and bundled hardware, assisting with 3rd-party installations of our software solutions and providing support to our field sales engineers. These individuals work closely with technical support to escalate any Tier-3 inquiries, and will often work with our Quality Assurance and Development teams to test new or updated software.
